About the role
- Expand market penetration for assigned region or customers in the Water industry.
- Identify new customers and opportunities within region and grow business while reinforcing Solenis brand.
- Develop business development strategies and create annual business development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue.
- Work closely with account managers to understand business requirements and market needs.
- Recognize new market segments and opportunities for business development, making a calculation of returns and investment, and gain agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments.
- Prioritize market segment development activities and set revenue targets.
- Achieve customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business.
Requirements
- Have previous experience in Industrial Water Treatment, especially recovery boilers, cooling towers and wastewater
- Possess strong relationship management skills
- Have documented results using a consultative sales process
- Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management
- HS Diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Ideally live in or can commute to the general International Falls/Duluth area
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
