About the role
- HR Support & Business Alignment: Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives across functional groups.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on processes related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, and DEI.
- Help gather, prepare, and distribute HR-related data, reports, and insights to assist decision-making.
- Assist in meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and tracking follow-up actions for key HR and leadership sessions.
- Talent Planning & Process Management: Support the preparation and tracking of annual talent planning, performance management, and career development processes.
- Help consolidate information and maintain trackers for talent reviews, workforce changes, and organizational moves.
- Assist with data gathering, validation, and presentation support for organizational design or workforce planning projects.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Help coordinate engagement initiatives such as surveys, recognition programs, and communications.
- Support HR-led events, workshops, and activities to strengthen organizational culture.
- Monitor feedback channels and assist in preparing summary insights or recommendations.
- Learning, DEI & Hiring Support: Support logistics and communication for learning and development programs.
- Assist with DEI data tracking and coordination of inclusion activities in collaboration with the DEI team.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to track key hiring efforts, support interview coordination, and prepare onboarding communications.
- Project & Administrative Support: Support high-impact projects and HR initiatives, including data collection, communication planning, and status tracking.
- Maintain organized digital files, process documentation, and SharePoint or HRIS system updates as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related support role; global or matrixed organization experience is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in talent, organizational effectiveness, or HR operations
- Approaches work with a global, customer-focused mindset and a strong sense of service
- Supports change efforts with a flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to step in wherever needed
- Action-oriented and reliable; takes initiative and follows through on tasks to support team and business goals
- Quick to learn and eager to grow; actively seeks to understand business context and provide meaningful support
