• HR Support & Business Alignment: Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives across functional groups.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on processes related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, and DEI.
• Help gather, prepare, and distribute HR-related data, reports, and insights to assist decision-making.
• Assist in meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and tracking follow-up actions for key HR and leadership sessions.
• Talent Planning & Process Management: Support the preparation and tracking of annual talent planning, performance management, and career development processes.
• Help consolidate information and maintain trackers for talent reviews, workforce changes, and organizational moves.
• Assist with data gathering, validation, and presentation support for organizational design or workforce planning projects.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Help coordinate engagement initiatives such as surveys, recognition programs, and communications.
• Support HR-led events, workshops, and activities to strengthen organizational culture.
• Monitor feedback channels and assist in preparing summary insights or recommendations.
• Learning, DEI & Hiring Support: Support logistics and communication for learning and development programs.
• Assist with DEI data tracking and coordination of inclusion activities in collaboration with the DEI team.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to track key hiring efforts, support interview coordination, and prepare onboarding communications.
• Project & Administrative Support: Support high-impact projects and HR initiatives, including data collection, communication planning, and status tracking.
• Maintain organized digital files, process documentation, and SharePoint or HRIS system updates as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partner
