About the role
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of chemical dosing systems and related equipment
- Perform repair, maintenance, and modification of dosing skids, including dosing pumps and control panels
- Lead installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment at customer sites
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and breakdowns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure proper equipment functionality and support
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, equipment status, and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all field activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in instrumentation for pulp and paper industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, valves, control panels, and instrumentation
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and skid unit installation
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Familiarity with safety protocols and technical documentation
- Willing to be based in Palembang, South Sumatera
