About the role
- Develop, implement, and execute pricing strategies in line with divisional and regional objectives
- Support business leaders and regional VP in achieving annual pricing targets and profitability goals
- Provide commercial guidance during deal reviews and ensure proper approval of proposals
- Conduct pricing and profitability analysis, identifying opportunities for price increases or optimization
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to track price realization and performance across key segments
- Manage price lists, pricing tools, and communication of changes across the organization
- Work closely with the Pricing Support team in India for analysis, tracking, and reporting
- Prepare high-quality pricing and margin reports for business reviews
- Participate in strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives related to pricing excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Pricing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, or Business Analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a commercial mindset
- Experience with SAP or similar pricing/ERP systems
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
