• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and finance
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation
• Prepare quotes using vendor portals (Dell, Lenovo, TD Synnex, etc.)
• Confirm pricing, availability, and lead times
• Track shipments and provide order status updates
• Support vendor onboarding documentation
• Assist with contract renewal tracking
• Update and maintain vendor database records
• Track software license and hardware warranty renewals
• Assist with inventory tracking and reporting
• Help maintain purchase cycle time tracking
• Support spend reporting and procurement KPI tracking
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on order fulfillment
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and documentation
• Support RMA / return processing
