About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to customers via email, WhatsApp and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Magalu, TikTok, Netshoes, among others).
- Record, analyze and complete return, exchange and warranty processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and marketplace requirements.
- Identify reasons for returns and propose improvements to internal processes.
- Track the status of requests until final resolution, providing clear, concise and timely responses to customers.
- Issue shipping authorizations, prepaid return labels and perform other post-sale procedures as needed.
- Provide post-sale customer service focused on customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all handling complies with the policies of each sales channel.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic computer skills (basic Microsoft Office, system navigation and good typing skills).
- Experience with customer service systems such as Suri, Loja Integrada, Gobots or similar platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple interactions and deadlines.
- Ability to follow processes, internal policies and the specific rules of each marketplace.
