About the role

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients seeking employee wellness solutions
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, and networking
  • Present and sell customized wellness programs (health coaching, fitness, challenges, workshops, etc.)
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, executives, and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, notes, and reporting within CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Collaborate with internal operations and wellness teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay informed on corporate wellness trends, employer needs, and competitive offerings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in wellness, benefits, healthcare, or professional services
  • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to confidently present to individuals and groups (virtual and/or onsite)
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and being accountable for results
