About the role
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients seeking employee wellness solutions
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, and networking
- Present and sell customized wellness programs (health coaching, fitness, challenges, workshops, etc.)
- Build relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, executives, and decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, notes, and reporting within CRM or sales tracking tools
- Collaborate with internal operations and wellness teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay informed on corporate wellness trends, employer needs, and competitive offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in wellness, benefits, healthcare, or professional services
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to confidently present to individuals and groups (virtual and/or onsite)
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and being accountable for results
