About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all site stakeholders (clients, tenants, neighbors, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations of all parties
  • Prepare, lead and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual reports for clients
  • Manage recoverable expenses and develop annual and multi-year budgets for the properties
  • Oversee budget approvals and charge reconciliation processes
  • Manage Facilities Managers or maintenance contractors and anticipate needs via the Multi-Year Works Action Plan (PPAT)
  • Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and address any identified deficiencies
  • Recommend amendments to maintenance contracts necessary to ensure the long-term viability of the sites

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., Bac+4/5) in real estate, technical management or engineering
  • Proven experience in managing tertiary/commercial real estate sites or portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leases, service contracts and financial analysis
  • Ensure data reliability and accurate tracking of real estate performance indicators
  • Ability to run meetings, manage client relationships and work in a project-based environment
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of the Group's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy
