About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, schedule and monitor the execution of maintenance plans (preventive, predictive and corrective), ensuring adherence to the timetable and efficient backlog management.
- Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring quality of information and traceability of activities.
- Support the technical team in decision-making through data analysis, activity prioritization and planning of scheduled and emergency interventions.
- Develop, maintain and monitor dashboards and operational indicators (KPIs), ensuring data reliability and integrity.
- Prepare periodic technical reports (daily, weekly and monthly) with critical analysis of maintenance performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and propose corrective and preventive actions aimed at increasing reliability and reducing failures.
- Act as an interface between field teams, engineering, maintenance and procurement, ensuring alignment and process flow.
- Critically analyze maintenance work orders and failure histories, proposing improvements that increase asset availability, reliability and performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of planning and operation of solar power plants, SCADA systems and O&M routines.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, SCADA systems, Fracttal and Asana.
