About the role
- Plan, schedule and monitor all commissioning activities at the power plants, ensuring adherence to established timelines;
- Prepare and update physical schedules for commissioning activities, considering resources, deadlines and the criticality of work fronts;
- Perform daily control of field activity progress, consolidating information and reporting deviations in schedule, cost and scope;
- Directly manage the commissioning backlog, prioritizing critical activities to enable generation release;
- Develop and track action plans to address technical pending issues identified during commissioning;
- Act as the interface between field teams, engineering, O&M, procurement and third parties, ensuring an efficient flow of information;
- Control technical documentation and commissioning reports, ensuring traceability and standardization of processes;
- Support the definition of strategies to optimize mobilization of teams and resources in the field;
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as commissioning lead time, rework rate, productivity and adherence to planning;
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to commissioning processes;
- Ensure all activities are aligned with technical standards, internal procedures and contractual requirements;
- Support the consolidation of measurements and evidence for invoicing related to commissioning activities;
- Use and keep management systems up to date (e.g., Fracttal, Asana, Excel, etc.), ensuring the reliability of information; prepare management reports and executive presentations on the status of commissioning projects;
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering required;
- Experience with Medium Voltage commissioning is desirable;
- Availability to travel and a valid driving license required;
- Advanced Office suite skills (MS Project);
