About the role

  • Manage, configure and evolve the MXM ERP, ensuring alignment with business processes;
  • Map processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and lead structured improvements focused on operational efficiency;
  • Develop and implement automations, integrations and digital workflows (BPM/RPA/API);
  • Support user areas in requirements analysis, testing, acceptance/homologation and deployment of new features;
  • Act as guardian of governance best practices and technical documentation;
  • Monitor system performance and engage partners when necessary;
  • Maintain policies for security, integrity and system access control;
  • Automations: RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), API integrations, scripts (Python, SQL, VBA);
  • Databases (SQL) and basic infrastructure (network concepts, security, remote access, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with MXM Systems;
  • Experience in mapping and improving corporate business processes;
  • Hands-on experience with automations, integrations or RPA;
  • Experience in the energy, construction or manufacturing sectors is a plus;
  • Participation in ERP implementation or migration projects is a plus;
  • Certifications (BPM, ITIL, Scrum, Power Platform, UiPath) are a plus;
