About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide pre-sales customer support and training for SolarEdge products
Technical team contact in the geographic area for rooftop and ground-mount applications
Train at customer site including design and installation
Create and deliver product and technical training
Understand PV and energy storage modeling tools, such as PVSyst, Helioscope, Energy Tool Base
Ability to read and interpret schematics with a good understanding of high voltage and measurement equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Engineering or equivalent experience required
3 - 5 years experience in the renewable energy industry
Excellent knowledge of competition, market trends in the renewable energy industry with focus on PV and energy storage.
Excellent knowledge of NEC and PV system regulatory codes for PV installations
Strong communication skills including listening and handling objections and complex technical inquiries in customer meetings
Spanish language a plus
