About the role
- Develop target groups: EPCs, Q&M service providers, asset managers, and investors in the Benelux region — you understand their country-specific requirements and market structures
- Position solutions: You establish our recycling offering as a core component of sustainable solar projects in the region
- Support projects: From tendering to implementation — in close coordination with engineering, logistics, and local partners
- Analyze the market: You monitor regulatory developments at EU and national levels and identify new business opportunities across the Benelux countries
Requirements
- Degree in business, engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the Benelux region and in the renewable energy sector, EPC, O&M, or asset management
- Solid knowledge of project business as well as tendering and procurement processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment
- Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic implementation skills
- Ability to convincingly present sustainable solutions in a technical/regulatory environment
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux region and internationally
- Excellent English skills; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus
