About the role
- Support revenue optimization efforts by monitoring subscription revenue collection and identifying potential leakage or discrepancies.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes in alignment with established best practices.
- Perform recurring financial analyses to track revenue trends, variances, and risks.
- Prepare inputs and supporting schedules for executive dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
- Reconcile expected subscription revenue based on production and subscriber terms against actual bill credits and payments by production period.
- Investigate variances, document findings, and support resolution through coordination with internal teams and third parties.
- Assist with audits, assessments, and control checks to identify revenue discrepancies and data integrity issues.
- Help maintain documentation and evidence supporting revenue assurance controls.
- Monitor actual bill credit values against expectations by revenue class and flag variances for review.
- Review and track the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of third-party reports, including bill credit reports, reconciliation files, subscriber payment reports, and aging schedules.
- Support accounting and finance requests related to KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting inputs, and other analytical or reporting needs as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue assurance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency with financial systems and analytics tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI (or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document findings and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
