About the role
- Design, develop, and implement analytics strategies to deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions across the company.
- Define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to subscribers, solar assets, renewable energy credits, and business operations.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements, understand business processes, and ensure alignment with analytics solutions.
- Build and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards utilizing tools such as Power BI to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Lead the identification and analysis of trends and opportunities within complex datasets.
- Contribute to data ingestion in Microsoft Fabric, following team standards and protocols.
- Use Jira for task management to support efficient, transparent, and collaborative development cycles.
- Oversee data quality, integrity, and security, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Expertise in defining KPIs, building reporting frameworks, and developing insightful data visualizations.
- Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills, with experience in querying, analyzing, and optimizing complex datasets.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams, including offshore developers.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
- A passion for clean technology and using software to accelerate positive climate impact.
