About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle corporate and corporate governance matters
Draft, review and revise corporate instruments (articles of association, minutes, corporate bylaws and contractual amendments)
Manage corporate routines for Ltda (limited liability companies) and S.A. (corporations)
Perform filings and procedures with Commercial Registries, the Federal Revenue Service (RFB), notary offices and related authorities
Support M&A transactions, including due diligence and drafting/reviewing transactional documents
Draft legal opinions and validate documents received from external law firms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed law degree
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Experience in Corporate Law
Minimum of three years' experience in a legal department or law firm
Postgraduate studies in Business/Corporate Law are a plus
Experience in Corporate Governance is a plus
Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18
