About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle corporate and corporate governance matters
  • Draft, review and revise corporate instruments (articles of association, minutes, corporate bylaws and contractual amendments)
  • Manage corporate routines for Ltda (limited liability companies) and S.A. (corporations)
  • Perform filings and procedures with Commercial Registries, the Federal Revenue Service (RFB), notary offices and related authorities
  • Support M&A transactions, including due diligence and drafting/reviewing transactional documents
  • Draft legal opinions and validate documents received from external law firms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed law degree
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Experience in Corporate Law
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a legal department or law firm
  • Postgraduate studies in Business/Corporate Law are a plus
  • Experience in Corporate Governance is a plus
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18
