About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, translating operational needs into functional solutions in SAP TM;
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Inbound and Outbound transportation processes;
Map logistics processes and prepare functional specifications for development and support of solutions;
Perform functional parameterization and customizations in SAP TM, including planning, execution, rating and freight settlement rules;
Ensure integration of transportation processes with SAP SD, MM, FI and EWM modules;
Conduct unit, integration and regression testing, ensuring delivery quality;
Support key users during homologation, training and solution adoption stages;
Analyze and resolve functional incidents, proposing continuous improvements to processes;
Prepare functional documentation, operational procedures and user support materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
Experience working in a functional role on SAP TM (Transportation Management) projects or support;
Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes, including Inbound and Outbound operations;
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and preparing functional specifications;
Knowledge of SAP TM parameterization and configuration;
Knowledge of integrations between SAP TM and SAP SD, MM, FI and EWM modules;
Strong analytical skills, problem solving and ability to communicate with technical and business areas;
Experience in implementation or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA;
SAP Transportation Management (TM) certification;
Experience working at large companies with complex logistics operations and high transport volumes.
