About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interpret occupational health indicators and implement improvement processes;
  • Develop, monitor, and evaluate the scheduling process for occupational medical examinations;
  • Support health teams with operational systems (FAP Online, LG - Lugar de Gente, SAP);
  • Assist the occupational medical coordination with logistics and execution of occupational medical exams related to hiring, termination, periodic exams, return to work, and changes in occupational risk;
  • Prepare specific Occupational Health reports and presentations related to ongoing processes and projects in the area;
  • Manage and record the department's actions in systems and/or spreadsheets;
  • Other duties inherent to the role as directed by management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Human Resources, Nursing, or related fields;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience with management systems;
  • Comfortable with technology, with the ability to learn and apply digital tools in daily work.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Administration, Human Resources, Nursing, or related fields (preferred);
  • Knowledge of health management systems;
  • Digital mindset, with a strategic vision to propose innovative solutions (Power Platform – BI, Apps, Automate), automations, and use of data for decision making.
