About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interpret occupational health indicators and implement improvement processes;
Develop, monitor, and evaluate the scheduling process for occupational medical examinations;
Support health teams with operational systems (FAP Online, LG - Lugar de Gente, SAP);
Assist the occupational medical coordination with logistics and execution of occupational medical exams related to hiring, termination, periodic exams, return to work, and changes in occupational risk;
Prepare specific Occupational Health reports and presentations related to ongoing processes and projects in the area;
Manage and record the department's actions in systems and/or spreadsheets;
Other duties inherent to the role as directed by management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Human Resources, Nursing, or related fields;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Experience with management systems;
Comfortable with technology, with the ability to learn and apply digital tools in daily work.
Postgraduate qualification in Administration, Human Resources, Nursing, or related fields (preferred);
Knowledge of health management systems;
Digital mindset, with a strategic vision to propose innovative solutions (Power Platform – BI, Apps, Automate), automations, and use of data for decision making.
