Requirements

What you’ll need
  • What you need:
  • Degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, Pedagogy or related fields;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience in Corporate Learning / Training & Development (T&D).
  • It will be a plus if you:
  • Have a postgraduate degree in People Management, Corporate Learning, Business or related areas;
  • Have experience with training and development programs for industry;
  • Have skills in Power BI;
  • Have experience in retail or consumer goods companies.
