Requirements

What you’ll need

What you need:
Degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, Pedagogy or related fields;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Experience in Corporate Learning / Training & Development (T&D).
It will be a plus if you:
Have a postgraduate degree in People Management, Corporate Learning, Business or related areas;
Have experience with training and development programs for industry;
Have skills in Power BI;
Have experience in retail or consumer goods companies.
