About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce visual and audiovisual content (images, videos, animations, and digital assets) aligned with the Company’s brand identity;
Develop materials for training, internal campaigns, learning paths, and corporate communications;
Act as the content production lead, meeting quantitative and qualitative targets;
Edit videos (cuts, soundtrack, effects, subtitles, and basic motion);
Create layouts, presentations, social posts, and various graphic materials;
Use artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity (e.g., image generation, scriptwriting, assisted editing);
Optimize content for different formats (mobile, LMS, internal networks);
Organize and manage files, templates, and content libraries, suggesting continuous improvements to the production process;
Work in partnership with HR teams and technical areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed a degree in Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields;
Proficiency with design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva;
Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects) and visual storytelling;
Knowledge of graphic design, visual principles, and digital content;
Experience in digital content design and/or production;
Experience producing content at scale.
It will be a plus if you:
Have knowledge of UX/UI for digital content;
Are familiar with AI tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, among others);
Have experience with motion design and animations;
Have skills in automated video generation or editing;
Have experience with educational content (LMS, microlearning, learning paths);
