Human Resources Analyst – II

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead recruitment and selection processes for analytical roles and mid-level leadership positions;
- Support regional recruiters in executing selection processes, monitoring process quality and ensuring the best experience for all stakeholders;
- Support the implementation of initiatives, projects and mid-complexity programs in Attraction and Selection, ensuring implementation, execution and continuous improvement;
- Contribute to the institutional onboarding program;
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives related to Attraction and Selection;
- Contribute to the analysis and actions related to the area’s KPIs/metrics;
- Manage vendor payments, procurement of materials and assist in the area’s budget execution;
- Contribute to the technological advancement of the Attraction and Selection area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge and experience in recruitment and selection techniques and behavioral assessment tools;
- Comfortable with technology, quick to learn and apply digital tools in daily work.
- The following are a plus:
- Knowledge of development programs;
- Experience designing and leading projects, policies and guidelines in Attraction and Selection;
- Digital mindset with a strategic vision to propose innovative solutions, automations and data-driven decision-making;
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum) or digital solutions for HR/Recruitment.
