About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and qualify newly implemented Distribution Centers (DCs) during the post-GoLive phase;
Support the standardization of operational processes and payment flows for Logistic Distributors (LDs);
Provide support to the team in monitoring and qualification routines;
Assist in structuring and updating qualification documentation and frameworks;
Consolidate data and performance indicators for the monitored DCs;
Identify process deviations and propose corrective actions with the team;
Support the management of the Logistic Distributors' budget package, monitoring execution, variances and financial projections.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Knowledge of financial management and/or budgetary control (budget, cost analysis, projections);
Proficient in Power BI for analysis and visualization of metrics;
Excel skills: intermediate to advanced;
Postgraduate degree in Finance or related areas;
Knowledge of SAP (MM, WM or CO/FI modules);
Advanced Excel skills.
