About the role

  • Structure and review the Transportation area's budget based on financial assumptions and the supply plan, highlighting key impacts.
  • Participate in financial and budgeting meetings with related areas, ensuring alignment and consistency of information.
  • Simulate and analyze financial scenarios (payment models, adjustments, renegotiations, transport modes, etc.) to support management decisions.
  • Monitor results versus targets, analyze cost variances, and identify gaps for corrective or preventive actions.
  • Lead performance meetings to present previews and closings, supporting management in reaching targets.
  • Identify month-end closing effects, report productivity metrics to Finance, and prepare supporting materials for management, regional teams, and related areas.
  • Improve processes for data collection, consolidation, and synthesis, and respond to analytical requests from the Transportation area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
  • Experience in budget preparation and management;
  • Experience in data management and processing;
  • Knowledge of data modeling, including the creation of scenarios and financial simulations;
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools to structure analyses and visualizations.
  • It will be an advantage if you:
  • Have a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
  • Have technical knowledge of the SAP system - PP and MM modules; Margin Minder-UXT.
