About the role

  • Conduct financial feasibility studies for projects using indicators such as NPV, IRR and Payback.
  • Prepare comparative analyses between scenarios and financial projections.
  • Track projects, monitoring schedules, costs and performance indicators during execution.
  • Perform post-mortem analyses, assessing financial and operational results after implementation, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed management reports to support decision-making.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and assess financial risks associated with projects.
  • Support financial and strategic management through performance analyses and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and sound financial governance practices.
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to monitor indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Experience in financial analysis, performance indicators and project evaluation;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Proficiency with financial indicators (NPV, IRR, Payback) and scenario modeling.
  • It will be a differential if you have:
  • - Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership or Project Management;
  • - Experience with project management and agile methodologies;
  • - Basic English;
  • - Advanced Microsoft Office suite;
  • - Project management experience.
