About the role

  • Register and manage cases and notices in the legal ERP system;
  • Monitor tax audits and tax litigation (deadlines, defenses, hearings, posting and release of guarantees);
  • Analyze and develop procedural strategy with support from tax law firms; draft and review legal filings;
  • Monitor Dootax, which centralizes messages from the Electronic Tax Domiciles (DTEs);
  • Monitor the regularization of tax liabilities to obtain negative debt clearance certificates (CNDs) or company accreditation/registration with state and federal authorities;
  • Prepare and reconcile reports on notices/audits and tax contingencies (amounts, forecasts, provisions and appeal instances);

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with tax legislation for IPI, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ and CSLL.
  • It will be an advantage if you:
  • Have graduated in Law, Accounting or related fields;
  • Have knowledge of direct taxes (IRPJ) and indirect taxes (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI and ISS);
  • Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Have worked in tax departments or legal litigation (reviews, calculations, etc.).
