Requirements

  • Funnel and growth focus: Your background is in funnel building, growth marketing, or D2C performance, directly or indirectly combined with email-related activities.
  • Hands-on experience: You have independently built funnels and demonstrably improved conversion rates.
  • E-commerce DNA: You understand the psychology behind online purchases and know how to systematically build trust.
  • Execution speed: You work results-oriented and at high pace—moving quickly is your standard.
  • Email marketing: You have supported, built, or executed email marketing initiatives yourself; you don't need to be a Klaviyo expert.
  • Analytical and strategic: You quickly identify where potential is lost in the customer journey and where revenue is left on the table.
