About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As part of our Customer Success team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and resolve their concerns and challenges.
  • Your focus will be on handling technical inquiries via phone and written communication.
  • You will advise our customers by answering their questions quickly and efficiently.
  • Technical support for balcony power plants: As an expert on our products, especially solar panels and inverters, you will be the contact person for technical queries.
  • Customer communication in the ticketing system: With initial experience in customer advising and ticketing systems, you will process and prioritize incoming inquiries with ease.
  • Telephone customer service: Thanks to your competence and service orientation, you will answer our customers' questions with charm on the phone and help them get the most out of our products.
  • Optimization of internal processes: You will work closely with different teams to ensure inquiries are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
  • Onboarding new team members: Once you are familiar with your responsibilities, you will also support new team members by providing comprehensive onboarding in Customer Success.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical affinity: You bring a basic technical understanding, preferably of how our products work, and are eager to continuously expand this knowledge to find the best solutions for our customers' problems as quickly as possible.
  • Customer orientation: You have at least one year of experience as a Junior Customer Success Manager or in a comparable position, preferably with experience in advising and/or technical troubleshooting with customers.
  • Conscientiousness & reliability: You perform your work reliably, independently, quickly, and carefully.
  • Strong communication: You can express yourself very well, are empathetic, and can explain complex issues simply.
  • Team player: You enjoy working in a young, motivated, and effective team and value cross-departmental collaboration and having fun at work.
