Requirements
You have vocational training or a degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field and/or several years of solid recruiting experience, ideally focused on active sourcing or recruitment consulting.
You know how to find, approach and win over candidates — and actively build talent pools.
You are proficient and efficient with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
You are organized and work with a high level of reliability and accountability.
You work in a data-driven, structured way and continuously develop and optimize processes.
You have experience selecting appropriate methods and making well-founded decisions.
You communicate with clarity, enthusiasm and confidence — both within the team and with candidates.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
