Recruiting strategy: You will develop a scalable recruiting strategy and implement it in a structured and effective way — always focusing on performance, efficiency and the candidate experience.
Processes & candidate journey: You will build modern, digitally supported recruiting processes and ensure a convincing process from application through to contract signing.
Active sourcing: You will proactively, selectively and personally approach suitable candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing or specialist networks.
Job postings & campaigns: You will write target-group–oriented job advertisements and run innovative sourcing campaigns.
Interface with business units: You will work closely with departments and management to align job profiles, selection processes and salary benchmarks.
Employer branding: You will actively contribute to the development of our employer brand and make our strengths visible.
Tools & data: You will use applicant tracking systems, track relevant KPIs and derive measures for continuous optimization.
Vendor management: You will coordinate external partners such as headhunters or agencies.
Requirements
Experience: You have vocational training or a degree in HR, business administration, psychology or a related field and/or several years of solid recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on active sourcing or staffing consultancy.
Sourcing skills: You know how to find, approach and win candidates — and actively build talent pools.
Tool competence: You are proficient and efficient with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
Responsibility: You are organised and work with a high level of reliability.
Structure & analysis: You work data-driven and structured, continuously developing and optimising processes.
Interviewing: You have experience using appropriate assessment methods and make well-founded decisions.
Communication skills: You are persuasive with clarity, enthusiasm and composure — both within the team and when dealing with candidates.
Language skills: You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
