About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own recurring OEM billing and usage reconciliation processes in partnership with Finance and OEM partners
  • Prepare and validate monthly usage, billing, and invoicing data for Finance
  • Coordinate OEM/partner meetings and support internal roadmap communications
  • Track and report OEM roadmap items, CSFs, and epic status
  • Track OEM-related engineering investment using LinearB and maintain Confluence reporting records
  • Triage and respond to OEM-related operational requests
  • Maintain process documentation and product notifications for OEM partner support teams
  • Administer customer onboarding runbooks, RACI ownership, and approval workflows
  • Manage approval and exception processes for non-standard account onboarding requests
  • Coordinate dependencies related to order fulfillment, account provisioning, and pricing/package changes
  • Identify process gaps, data discrepancies, and automation opportunities
  • Contribute product requirements and user stories for platform initiatives
  • Support data accuracy for metrics and business dashboards used in Product Management leadership reporting
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations
  • Provide product management support for an Engineering squad

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, program coordination, or product operations, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent cross-functional workstreams
  • Ability to interpret usage reports, reconcile spreadsheets, and partner with Engineering and Finance on data quality
  • Scripting or SQL is a plus
  • Experience maintaining or authoring runbooks, SOPs, and RACI matrices
  • Experience supporting billing, invoicing, or usage reconciliation processes is highly desirable
  • Experience with or exposure to OEM partnership models or enterprise software billing is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS products, cloud brokers, or integration middleware is an asset
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, LinearB, Excel, or Power BI is a plus
  • Basic familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, including writing user stories and backlog grooming, is a plus
  • PMP or similar certification is not required
  • Ability to work independently, improve documented processes, and manage competing priorities
