About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the regional marketing strategy and execution plan for Southeast Asia and India; support plans for Australia, North Asia and the Middle East.
  • Partner with APAC sales leadership to build quarterly marketing plans aligned to pipeline, revenue and account growth priorities.
  • Adapt Solace's global campaigns into regionally relevant programs, tailoring messaging, channels and tactics for each market.
  • Plan and execute full-funnel marketing programs across online and offline channels, including webinars, virtual and in-person events, ABM campaigns, email marketing, regional digital campaigns and partner-led activities.
  • Drive lead generation, lead progression and mid-funnel conversion using data, intent signals, audience segmentation and relevant content assets.
  • Measure program performance and optimise tactics to improve lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution and ROI.
  • Manage regional online & offline programs from planning and logistics through execution, follow-up, reporting and post-campaign optimisation.
  • Own regional marketing budgets with accountability for ROI, cost-per-lead and pipeline impact.
  • Build and execute co-marketing programs and co-branded content with key systems integrators, technology partners and regional channel partners.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to identify priority accounts, campaign needs and pipeline-building opportunities.
  • Provide sales teams with relevant assets, campaign insights, automation support and follow-up recommendations.
  • Communicate marketing performance, learning and next actions clearly to sales, partners and global marketing stakeholders.
  • Use AI and AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency, audience targeting, personalisation, campaign execution and lead generation outcomes.
  • Test, learn and scale practical AI use cases across the regional marketing function.
  • Manage core marketing platforms and reporting tools, including Marketo, Salesforce, webinar platforms, analytics dashboards and campaign automation tools.
  • Manage campaign reporting, performance dashboards, budget tracking and operational administration.
  • Support regional customer advocacy, case study and reference activities in partnership with sales, customer marketing and global marketing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on B2B enterprise technology field marketing experience, ideally across multiple APAC markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia and India; working knowledge of Australia, North Asia (Japan, Korea, Hong Kong/Greater China) and the Middle East preferred.
  • Proven ability to own the full marketing program lifecycle: strategy, planning, execution, measurement and optimisation.
  • Strong digital and lead generation skills across webinars, virtual events, digital advertising, email marketing, online lead generation and ABM tactics.
  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce essential; experience with AI tools, webinar platforms and analytics tools highly preferred.
  • Strong command of full-funnel B2B marketing metrics, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue, conversion rate and ROI.
  • Ability to localise global campaigns for diverse APAC markets while maintaining brand and campaign consistency.
  • Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the maturity, business acumen and confidence to operate independently across a complex, multi-geography remit.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capability preferred; English plus any regional Asian language is an advantage.
  • Singapore-based, with ability to travel regionally and internationally.
