About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute a regional partner strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Build and scale relationships with GSIs, ISVs, VARs, cloud providers, and MSPs.
- Identify, onboard, and enable high-potential partners.
- Drive joint selling, co-marketing, and partner-sourced pipeline growth.
- Implement scalable partner programs including enablement, certification, incentives, and MDF.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure impact.
- Align with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner engagement and execution.
- Lead regional partner managers and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Represent Solace at industry events and executive forums.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within enterprise tech.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner programs across diverse geographies.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with partner-led GTM models and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work without sponsorship required.
