About the role
- Lead website redesign projects from concept through launch
- Design thoughtful, scalable web experiences in Figma
- Translate designs into production-ready builds in Webflow using the native builder
- Own site maintenance: updating visuals, evolving layouts, publishing content, and refining UX
- Build high-performing, conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns and experiments
- Ensure responsive excellence across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Optimize for speed, accessibility, SEO, and performance best practices
- Partner closely with copy, brand, lifecycle, performance, and SEO teams to ship cohesive web experiences
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and Webflow component library
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve UX, clarity, and conversion
Requirements
- Fluency in Figma and deep expertise in Webflow's native builder
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web best practices
- Experience leading or heavily contributing to a full website redesign
- Comfort managing both large strategic projects and one-off requests
- A strong foundation in typography, hierarchy, layout, and interaction design
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and performance optimization
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- An online portfolio showcasing web design work (live sites preferred)
