About the role

  • Own and manage interview scheduling and logistics across multiple teams, roles, and time zones
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal workflows
  • Coordinate high-volume recruiting efforts, including scheduling 15–20 interviews per week
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or a similar high-volume scheduling role
  • Bonus: Experience supporting recruiting for clinical or technical teams
