Project Manager

• Manage the successful implementation and delivery of complex projects across a large ecosystem and role matrix.
• Possess the ability to influence stakeholders and interact with executive-level leaders and partners.
• Set-up, schedule, and facilitate kick-off meetings, on-going project status communications, and scrum cadences.
• Analyze project requirements, prepare budgets and schedules; develop a business case for project initiation.
• Build and maintain project plan, budget, risk & issues log, document repository and project health and status reports.
• Facilitate project escalations and decisions with relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Establish strong relationships with team, stakeholders and leadership.
• Anticipate and help resolve problems, bottlenecks, and/or scheduling conflicts to ensure project deliverables remain on-time and on-budget.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
• Host process optimization and best practices workshops across the program team.
