Key responsibilities & impact

Support the strategic and creative development of packaging and physical brand expressions.
Adapt global brand concepts and create breakthrough regional packaging with a strong focus on promotional packaging design that translates across retail, pop-up activations, events, and omni-channel marketing campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand identity while delivering best-in-class, consumer-centric designs that drive brand love, visibility, and sell-through, from concept to execution.
Partner closely with Global Creative, Marketing, and Packaging Engineering to develop both permanent and promotional packaging design.
Bring a deep understanding of materials, production processes, and consumer touchpoints to ensure the creative vision comes to life in retail environments such as Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, Department Stores, and Travel Retail.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in 2D/3D packaging design, ideally within beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in primary and secondary structural packaging and graphic design.
Deep understanding of materials, packaging engineering, and manufacturing processes.
Expertise in print production and file preparation for various substrates and formats.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional creative projects from concept to shelf.
Experience working with major U.S. retailers (Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, department stores).
Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with 3D design software is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to pitch and defend creative ideas to senior stakeholders.
Collaborative, nimble, and solution-oriented leader with strong project management capabilities.
