About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute manual and automated test cases across mobile, web, and backend systems
Design, maintain, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test data
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand business logic and acceptance criteria
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
Participate in sprint planning and support QA activities across the Agile lifecycle
Support the implementation and expansion of automated test coverage in CI/CD pipelines
Perform regression, functional, UI, and API testing as required
Contribute to performance and security validation processes
Generate detailed test execution reports and release readiness summaries

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in QA or test automation
Ability to design, implement, and manage automated testing solutions in complex environments
Strong proficiency with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Cypress and JMeter, Gatling or Artillery
Deep understanding of testing messy monoliths and microservices architectures, APIs, and mobile applications
Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent)
Proficiency in AWS or similar cloud environments
Demonstrated leadership in scaling QA functions across multiple delivery teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred
