Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with Partnerships and Sales to lead discovery and solution design
Design and deliver solution workshops and tailored walkthroughs
Serve as the primary solution and technical consultant for prospective customers

Partner with Account Management and Customer Success to identify additional customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience in a Solution Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or customer‑facing technical consulting role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
Comfortable talking to both technical buyers (developers, architects) and commercial stakeholders (CFOs, treasury managers)
Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and integrations
Strong customer and solution insight
Demonstrably proficient with AI tools
Highly organised with sharp follow-through
Clear, confident communicator in writing and in the room
