About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and run a structured intake process for AI use cases across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Proactively identify opportunities where AI can improve GTM performance
- Translate strategy and priorities into concrete requirements, workflows, and implementation plans
- Partner with technical teams to implement AI workflows directly or coordinate delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, building dashboards
- Working knowledge of generative AI concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
