Affiliate Manager

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring quality, pace, and candidate experience.
• Proactively source and engage top talent across global markets using a mix of direct sourcing, networking, and creative outreach.
• Screen, assess, and present candidates with clarity, ensuring alignment on both skills and culture.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines, and reporting in our ATS (Teamtailor).
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth process flow, timely feedback, and aligned decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding their teams, goals, and priorities.
• Collaborate with the People Ops Lead to ensure seamless onboarding, contracts, and compliance.
• Champion Sokin’s culture and values through every touchpoint of the recruitment process.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Lead or contribute to projects that elevate our Talent function, e.g. early-careers programmes, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
