About the role

  • Research, qualify, and identify key decision-makers for targeted outreach.
  • Engage prospects through outbound calls and marketing sequences to drive appointments.
  • Manage a small book of business and achieve revenue goals.
  • Execute email campaigns, lead nurturing, and follow-up tasks using Sojern tools.
  • Support core sales activities within the West Coast territory and prospect strategically.
  • Utilize Salesforce effectively and resolve issues using established tools and guidelines.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver simple, effective client solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with tourism partners such as DMOs, attractions, hotels, or other travel industry organizations, with a solid understanding of digital advertising.
  • Sales or business development experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with business and sales tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tourism industry insights, analytics, or funding models is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including comfort speaking to a variety of stakeholder groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Travel Required - 10-15%.
