• Lead the development and growth of your Western US Territory book of business
• Engage qualified and interested prospects through a high volume of outbound calls and email activities

Senior Sales Manager

Account Executive

• Focus on generating new business, and supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities on existing business, to meet and exceed Revenue targets.
• Develop and deliver customized, high-impact sales stories and presentations that articulate the value of Sojern’s data-driven, programmatic audience solutions, with coaching from more senior sales leaders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in ad tech, digital media, and travel marketing to position Sojern as a leading innovator.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, guiding them on best practices for media planning, programmatic strategy, and audience targeting to effectively meet and exceed their business objectives.
• Strategically manage a full sales pipeline, maintain Salesforce and keep client activity organized.
• Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless handover and campaign setup, proactively addressing success criteria needed for retention.
• Develops and evaluates client account plans to identify opportunities for channel expansion, in collaboration with the Account Management team.

• Define, develop and lead the go-to-market strategies to acquire and grow strategic accounts in the assigned region/vertical.
• Lead the development and expansion of a high-value advertising book focused on tourism, attraction and airport clients, while continuously identifying expansion / new business opportunities.
• Independently manage and grow a large portfolio, driving strategic sales conversations with senior stakeholders.

• Maintain organized, accurate activity tracking and forecasting in Salesforce.

Sales Director – Destinations West

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to position Sojern's Travel Audiences as the premier solution for agencies seeking to reach and engage travel audiences.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within major holding company agencies.
• Secure new agency-level agreements for the use of Sojern's Travel Audiences in advertising campaigns.
• Manage and grow existing agency relationships, identifying opportunities to expand the utilization of Sojern's Travel Audiences across various campaigns and initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Sojern's Travel Audiences, effectively articulating their value proposition and benefits to agency clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to ensure seamless delivery and optimization of Sojern's Travel Audiences to agency partners.
• Maintain accurate records of agency interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, focusing on increasing the adoption and usage of Sojern's Travel Audiences.
