About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and operate automated platforms for scalable delivery of MX platform
Implement CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment
Ensure pipeline stability and reliability, minimizing build failures
Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and upgrades
Manage MX environments across development, testing, and production stages
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Manage environment data lifecycle and support database operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD
Hands-on experience in production or client-facing environments preferred
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
Version control systems: Git (advanced usage)
Proficiency in template engines, specifically FreeMarker (FTL)
Scripting: Shell, Python, Groovy
Operating systems: Linux/Unix
Cloud platforms: AWS (preferred), Azure/GCP is a plus
Databases: RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work under pressure in production environments
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Team-oriented with strong collaboration mindset
Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
