About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and operate automated platforms for scalable delivery of MX platform
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment
- Ensure pipeline stability and reliability, minimizing build failures
- Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and upgrades
- Manage MX environments across development, testing, and production stages
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Manage environment data lifecycle and support database operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD
- Hands-on experience in production or client-facing environments preferred
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Version control systems: Git (advanced usage)
- Proficiency in template engines, specifically FreeMarker (FTL)
- Scripting: Shell, Python, Groovy
- Operating systems: Linux/Unix
- Cloud platforms: AWS (preferred), Azure/GCP is a plus
- Databases: RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure in production environments
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration mindset
- Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
