Strong experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript
Evidence of building production-grade applications
Experience writing clean, testable code
Familiarity with common JS/TS frameworks (Node.js, React, etc.)
Experience deploying applications in a Windows environment
Familiar with Windows Server, IIS, or Windows-based runtime environments
Comfortable working in Windows-based development and deployment workflows
Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines
Experience using CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Has participated in release automation or deployment scripting
Exposure to cloud platforms configured for Windows workloads (e.g., Azure, Windows VMs)
Has worked end-to-end: build → test → deploy → support
Mentions shipping software to production
Experience in troubleshooting deployment or release issues
Collaboration with infra / DevOps / Ops teams
