About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Write, in accordance with DO-178B and SAE ARP 4754 standards, the requirements for an existing experimental flight control law model to meet functional requirements.
Validate and verify (V&V) the flight control laws for a new flight computer.
When necessary, update the flight control law design model and associated evaluation tools using MATLAB and C++.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering;
Understanding of model-based testing methods for flight control laws;
Familiarity with DO-178B (or later) and system requirements verification and validation methods (SAE ARP 4754);
Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink;
Proficiency in MATLAB scripting;
Understanding of C/C++ programming;
Fluent in spoken and written English;
Team player with an innovative mindset, motivated and able to work independently.
