About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve capital equipment quota for the assigned territory
- Apply professional and ethical sales techniques to close sales
- Build positive relationships with practitioners and staff
- Acquire product knowledge through training and competitive analysis
- Create awareness and demand for company products
- Identify prospective customers through existing-customer leads and company activities
- Engage prospects daily via text, phone, email, video calls, and in-person visits
- Provide technical and administrative product information, quote prices, and close deals
- Maintain accurate quote documentation with pricing and configurations
- Communicate with internal personnel to align efforts with objectives
- Monitor and share market conditions, product innovations, competitor products, prices, and sales trends
- Negotiate contract and payment details within company policies and guidelines
- Support customer success after sales or contract execution
- Coordinate with Marketing on promotional events, dinners, and related activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Medical device sales experience
- Aesthetics device experience preferred
- Travel of up to 35%
- 5+ years of overall B2B sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Successful, documented sales track record required
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Self-starter, disciplined to cover the assigned territory through cold-calling and lead prospecting
- Ability to develop new customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed presentation skills to explain the Company’s technology and unique value proposition
- Demonstrated capacity to sell a novel product with unique competitive advantages and motivate customers to purchase
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to and from customer sites, sometimes on short or no notice
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to provide proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance upon request
