About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a primary resource for sales teams and customers, providing product and clinical information.
- Support the development of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Assist in defining market requirements and collecting user feedback for new and existing products.
- Help plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and regional teams.
- Develop marketing tools and assets, including brochures, videos, case studies, and training materials.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for growth.
- Gather insights from customers and field teams to refine messaging and product strategy.
- Ensure alignment between marketing, clinical, and commercial teams on product communications.
- Own launch readiness plans and cross-functional execution milestones
- Build go-to-market strategy and customer value proposition frameworks
- Partner with KOLs and clinical/marketing team to develop evidence-based storytelling
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or aesthetic industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic storytelling and narrative development
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Working knowledge of medical device terminology and industry trends; clinical aesthetics experience a plus.
- Experience developing sales and marketing materials and supporting product training programs.
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Experience working with physicians / KOL’s
- Experience in premium brand positioning and category creation
- Support influencer & PR integration for product storytelling
- Ability to travel (US and International) 30%
