About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide one-to-one, person-centered support
Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meals, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry
Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, etc.)
Ability to learn case management software
Current, valid MN driver’s license
Safe, legal driving habits
Compliance with Rule 11 and MVR background check required
