About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Joining Softway Medical means becoming part of a growing group committed to projects with real impact, at the intersection of domain expertise and technological innovation.
- Thanks to your expertise, it becomes possible to exploit unstructured data from patient records. You will propose and implement methodologies for their extraction, validation and documentation.
- We are currently building the Group's data warehouse, a cross-functional foundation intended to unify, structure and enhance our healthcare data to support research, management and improvement of care.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Contribute to selecting data models used to standardize and leverage structured and unstructured data from patient records and other data sources.
- Design, implement and orchestrate ingestion pipelines for the data platform from sources to national reference vocabularies and international standards.
- Develop and optimize transformations, compute aggregates, and produce statistics and indicators.
- Create data quality metrics and contribute to the technical-functional documentation of processes.
- Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of tools for data transformation, querying and orchestration.
- Help establish data operation best practices within the data platform.
- As part of your duties, you may process personal health data. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of this data, in compliance with ISO 27001.

Comp & perks- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent
- Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in designing and populating analytical databases or data warehouses, ideally in healthcare.
- You naturally model processes as star schemas.
- You are well-versed in SQL.
- You can write optimized queries to process large volumes of data efficiently.
- You are also proficient in data science languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of Health Data Warehouse (EDS) or Health Data Platform (PDS) environments is a plus.
- You have implemented data standards and models such as the OMOP Common Data Model, as well as mapping support tools.
- You are recognized for your rigor, analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Autonomous and proactive, you are constantly seeking to improve quality; your colleagues can rely on you to deliver high-quality results.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge widely to improve colleagues' practices.
