About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with SDRs: participate in demos and refine the outbound motion.
  • Conduct pain-focused discovery and identify the primary value drivers.
  • Build the business case using the customer's quantified metrics.
  • Rigorously qualify opportunities into the pipeline using a disciplined MEDDIC approach.
  • Multithread across the entire buying committee and run workshops.
  • Own trials and proofs-of-concept from start to finish.
  • Keep your pipeline accurate in HubSpot and provide sharp, evidence-based updates.
  • Feed what you learn in real deals back into product, pricing, and our go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ambitious, resilient and methodical.
  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals.
  • Hands-on experience selling to enterprise IT departments.
  • Experienced with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • A strong self-sourcing (hunter) instinct.
  • Native-level German and business-fluent English.
  • Proactive, highly self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
  • Familiar with modern sales tools such as CRM systems, Sales Navigator and prospecting tools.
